    Retain 95% of your tutoring earnings while teaching students on your own terms. You set your tutoring rates and your schedule.

    + Earn Growth Shares for every tutoring hour completed:

    1 Tutoring Hour = 10 Growth Shares

    Introduce exceptional educators and subject matter experts to Kapdec and earn additional Growth Shares for helping strengthen the platform.

    1 New Mentor Referred & Recruited = 100 Growth Shares
     

     

  • 3. Bring Students to Kapdec

    When students you introduce enroll and take classes on Kapdec — whether with you or with other mentors — you continue earning Growth Shares as those tutoring hours grow across the platform.

    1 Tutoring Hour Consumed by your referred student = 10 Growth Shares
     
    * Even if your referred students take mentoring from other mentors, you still earn the Growth Shares.
    * Example: You refer 10 students, and each student takes 50 hours in a month, you earn 10*50 =500 growth shares for that specific month.

     

     

  • 4. Accumulate Growth Shares

    Growth Shares are designed to recognize your long-term contributions and continuously grow your personal Growth Share balance as you help expand the ecosystem.

     

    Growth shares never expire until paid out in cash value

     

     

  • 5. Growth Shares =  Cash Rewards

    Growth Shares carry real cash value and are paid out in addition to your regular tutoring income.

    Payout Example Calculation

    • 10,000 Growth Shares = $500 payout
    • 25,000 Growth Shares = $1,250 payout
    • 50,000 Growth Shares = $2,500 payout

     

    * Growth Shares become eligible for payout upon accumulation of:  10,000 Growth Shares
     

     

  • 6. Unlock Elite Status Bonus

    Mentors who achieve major contribution milestones unlock enhanced rewards and recognition.

    Once you cross 100,000 cumulative Growth Shares, you receive:

    • 25% bonus payout on eligible Growth Share earnings
