In addition to retaining 95% of your tutoring earnings, founding mentors accumulate Growth Shares for every meaningful contribution made toward expanding the Kapdec ecosystem.
As Kapdec grows, your accumulated Growth Shares reflect your role as an early contributor in shaping the platform's future, and you are rewarded just as fairly and ethically.

3. Bring Students to Kapdec
When students you introduce enroll and take classes on Kapdec — whether with you or with other mentors — you continue earning Growth Shares as those tutoring hours grow across the platform.
1 Tutoring Hour Consumed by your referred student = 10 Growth Shares
* Even if your referred students take mentoring from other mentors, you still earn the Growth Shares.
* Example: You refer 10 students, and each student takes 50 hours in a month, you earn 10*50 =500 growth shares for that specific month. -
4. Accumulate Growth Shares
Growth Shares are designed to recognize your long-term contributions and continuously grow your personal Growth Share balance as you help expand the ecosystem.
Growth shares never expire until paid out in cash value

5. Growth Shares = Cash Rewards
Growth Shares carry real cash value and are paid out in addition to your regular tutoring income.
Payout Example Calculation
- 10,000 Growth Shares = $500 payout
- 25,000 Growth Shares = $1,250 payout
- 50,000 Growth Shares = $2,500 payout
